Returns & Exchange
Not quite right? Here's how our 7-day return and exchange policy works.

Request within 7 days
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Item must be unused
Products must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

Raise a request
Go to My Orders and select the item you'd like to return or exchange.

Pickup or drop-off
We'll arrange a pickup, or you can drop the item at our partner courier point.
5
Refund or exchange
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving the item.
Note: Sale items and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return.
