However, actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting and photography, and slight variations in embroidery, print or handwork are natural to handcrafted garments and do not constitute a defect.
• Prices listed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price, and will notify you and issue a full refund if payment has already been made.

4. Orders & Payment

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion, for example, in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or errors in product or pricing information.
• Payments can be made through the payment methods listed at checkout, including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking and other options as available. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways; Baivee does not store your card or banking details.
• An order confirmation will be sent to your registered email/WhatsApp number once your payment is successfully processed. This confirms that we have received your order — it does not guarantee product availability.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Estimated delivery timelines will be shared at checkout or via order confirmation and may vary based on your location and product availability.
• Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
• Baivee is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, natural events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

All content on this Website — including but not limited to the Baivee name, logo, product designs, photography, graphics, text and layout — is the property of Baivee and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
